GARFIELD TOWNSHIP PRIMARY ELECTION
Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Polls are open from 7am to 8pm. Absent Voter Ballots may be issued & received during weekend hours of Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 8am - 4pm and regular office hours of Wednesday and Friday from 9am - 3pm.
The Election Commission will meet on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 10am to appoint Election Inspectors and Receiving Board for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election.
The Public Accuracy Test for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election will take place on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 11am.
Both the Election Commission meeting and the Public Accuracy Test will take place at the Township Office, 9348 Terry Street, Lake, MI 48632.

CLARE COUNTY EARLY VOTING FOR PRIMARY ELECTION
Early voting for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election will be held in Meeting Room A in the Clare County Building, 225 W. Main Street, Harrison, MI 48625 from Saturday, July 25, 2026 through Sunday, August 2, 2026 from 9am - 5pm. Early voting is open to all Clare County registered voters. The Clare County Early Voting Precinct Canvass will be held on August 4, 2026 at 8pm in Meeting Room A in the Clare County Building, 225 W. Main Street, Harrison, MI 48625. This is a public meeting and anyone may attend.
