GARFIELD TOWNSHIP GENERAL ELECTION
General Election will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 9348 Terry Street, Lake, MI 48632. Polls are open from 7am to 8pm. Absent Voter Ballots may be issued & received during weekend hours of Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 7:30am to 3:30 pm and regular office hours of Wednesday and Friday from 9am - 3pm.
The Election Commission will meet on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 10am to appoint Election Inspectors and Receiving Board for the November 3, 2026 General Election.
The Public Accuracy Test for the November 3, 2026 General Election will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11am.
Both the Election Commission meeting and the Public Accuracy Test will take place at the Township Office, 9348 Terry Street, Lake, MI 48632.

Early Voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election will be held in Meeting Room A in the Clare County Building, 225 W. Main Street, Harrison, MI 48625 on the following dates and times:

Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Monday, October 26, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday, October 27, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, October 30, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, November 1, 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Early Voting is open to all Clare County Registered Voters.
